HILTON PATTAYA HOTEL / MUSHROOM BY CLAUDIO PIA

This week "accostamento" is between architecture and nature! Nature is an awesome source of inspiration and the photo of the mushroom is amazing, you can almost touch it!The gorgeous ceiling of the Hilton Pattaya Hotel with its stripes got me thinking immediately at the macro of the mushroom.

I recently start watching Mr Selfridge, it's a new television drama produced by ITV Studios. I love it, it's set in London in 1909 and it tells the story of Harry Gordon Selfridge, the founder of Selfridge department store. If u like fashion and drama you have to watch it!

These ceramic clocks with vibrant colors have been inspired by the Vietnamese straw hat  (called Nòn Là) but the conical shape remind me a plumb line used in construction. I love colorful and fun accessories to revive the house.

Lately i have been thinking a lot about my future, what to do, where to go... I am feeling in some way like a balloon, sometimes pulled down, back, kind of trapped but also scared to flew away... A friend from Kiev told me that this year is the the year of the blue snake and it will support creative people... maybe it's the good year and some wishes will come true.  :)

This chair would be perfect for a cafe or pastry shop, don't u think? The silhouette of the coffee cup is simply fabulous and so smart. I definitively prefer the white edition but also the black is quite stylish. I also love the handle, it comes really handy when we have to hang our bag. :)
